At Secure Telehealth, we are happy to be back at another MHCA conference. Today I am in Boston, MA at the Westin Copley Place Hotel meeting with the leaders of many Behavioral Health and Mental Health organizations. One of which is Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska. Lutheran Family Services has been partnering with Secure Telehealth for about 10 years, but of course, like everyone else, their usage really ramped up out of necessity with Covid-19.
Dave Johnson is the retiring CEO of Lutheran Family Services and his successor is Chris Tonniges. I just had the pleasure of meeting both of them for the first time. Thanks to their utilization of Secure Telehealth services, they have reached clients in 72 of the 93 counties in Nebraska. Lutheran continues to partner with us because of the support and customer service that they receive. We are available to help them at any time with technical support, advice, set up or whatever it is that they need. This is quite a feat of course because much of Nebraska is very rural and the people would have no way to get the help that they needed otherwise. A quick fact about the rural nature of the state is when the University of Nebraska Football stadium is full on a gameday, it is more populated than all but two of the cities in the entire state. It was great to meet them and discuss in person the success that they are having. Lutheran continues to partner with us because of the support and customer service that they receive. We are available to help them at any time with technical support, advice, set up or whatever it is that they need. We partner with organizations like this all over the country, in rural and urban areas, and would love to help you implement successful telehealth appointments as well. Please contact us for more information, we’d love to help you as well!
