1. Computers - click here: to download and install the Zoom app. Choose the correct link for MAC or Windows. This only needs to be done once. No need to open the app.
2. Phones and mobile devices go to your App Store and search for "Zoom" then choose "Zoom Cloud Meetings" then install. No need to open the app.
3. Click here to test in a test-only meeting after installing the app. If you see yourself, you are ready!
For your appointment, click your meeting link from the list below.
4. Enter the Password that was emailed to you
5. If the Doctor has started your meeting, you will be placed in a waiting room. Wait there and the provider will let you into the meeting.
6. If you join before the provider has started the meeting, you will see a message saying, "Waiting for the host to start this meeting". Wait there until the provider starts the session.
7. You may see yourself in a video preview screen. Click "Join with video".
8. On a computer, check the box to always join with computer audio. then click the green button "Join audio conference by computer" If using a mobile device, be sure to tap, "call using device audio"
9. To leave the meeting, roll your mouse over the screen and choose "Leave Meeting" in the lower right corner.
*After you download the app, you may click the link for your meeting from the left column or click "join a meeting" and enter the Meeting ID number for your meeting.
