As of July 1 2019, Kentucky Law mandates usage of Telehealth services and payment parity for Kentucky Medicaid, Medicaid managed care organizations and commercial insurance plans.  This means that whether you are using Medicaid or billing commercial insurance plans, you will be paid for Telehealth sessions at the same rate as in person sessions.  Mental and Behavioral Health providers along with other providers, can now see patients more quickly, reduce the no show rate, and increase their revenue through the usage of Live Video appointments.  For more information about the new law from Foley Health Care Law Today, Click Here
