Colorado Guide to Telehealth Reimbursement

Update June 2020: Colorado lawmakers aim to make telehealth reimbursement Permanent

Colorado Medicaid pays for telehealth as well as the physician fee + a separate facility fee (Q3014). Contact Us for more information about Telehealth in Colorado.

This is great news for organizations interested in adding telehealth services to reach more people or see patients sooner.  Rather than wait for a provider to travel to a different patient location, the patient can see the provider via real time video conference.  The patient location, also known as the originating site will be reimbursed at the same rate as an inperson session and collect a fee to cover technology costs.

With a facility fee of approximately $20 per session, it only takes a few sessions to pay for the software and the rest is added revenue for your organization.  Please feel free to contact us here and check out our testimonials page to see how others are using Secure Telehealth.
